PM전문가가 되시면 3년 안에 60 PDU(약 60시간 상당)자기 계발에 대한 인증등록을 하여야 3년후 PMP갱신이 가능합니다.

• 1. 왜 PDU를 만들었는가?

일반적으로 자격증을 취득하고 공부를 지속하지 않으면 개인역량이 저하가 됩니다. 따라서 전문가는 지속적으로 자기계발 노력을 하여야 합니다. 이에 PDU를 만들어 최소 평균 일년에 20시간 이상 교육등을 받아 지속적인 자기계발을 하도록 유도하고 있습니다.

• 2. 어떤 영역이 PDU에 해당되는가?

3가지 Talent triangle를 중심으로 구성이 되어있습니다.
-Ways of working
-Power skills
-Business Acumen

예전에는 기술지식만을 취급하였으나 전문가는 Ways of Working/ Power skills/ Business acumen도 밝아야 합니다
이에 3가지 부분이 최고 8시간이상 의무적으로 취득하도록 하였습니다.

• 3. 어떻게 PDU를 손쉽게 취득할수 있는가?

사실 오프라인 교육을 받기가 쉽지가 않습니다. 늘 업무에 바쁘기 때문이지요. 이에 3개 부분에 맞추어 동영상 강좌를 준비하였습니다.
PMP의 PDU를 위한 다양한 동영상 강좌모음입니다.
총 102개 동영상-총 60 PDU (샘플 동영상 제외)가 준비 완료되었습니다.

• 4. 어떻게 Report PDU를 등록하는가? 핵심사항

(1) 먼저 본인 Dashboard에 가시면 Report PDU를 찾아 클릭 합니다.
(2) 양식 제일 위에 Provider에 All4pm을 적습니다.(참고로 올포피엠은 제 사업자 회사명입니다)
(3) Title은 교육 과정을 적는 것으로 강의를 들으신 타이틀 내용을 영어로 옮겨 간단히 적으시면 됩니다.
예를 들어 "왜 애자일인가? 기본과 원칙"라는 동영상의 경우에 영어로 " Why agile? principle and fundamental"로 적으시면 됩니다.
영어로 옮기실때 100% 똑같이 하실필요는 없고 의미가 유사하게 번역을 하시면 됩니다.
(4) 각 동영상에는 3가지(Ways of working, Power skills and Business Acumen) 구분이 되어있습니다. PMI Site에서는 반드시 각 3가지 부분에 숫자를 넣어도 입력값 데로 되어 지지 않은 경우가 많습니다. 그 이유는 시스템에서 제목내용을 보고 입력내용과 일치가 되지 않으면 100% 인정을 안할 수 있기 때문입니다. 따라서 이런경우 Power skills 에 2 PDU를 입력시, Ways of working 1 PDU, Power skills 1 PDU로 분할되는 경우도 있습니다. 이에 주의를 하시면서 입력을 해보시면 익숙해지실겁니다.
(5) Option항 부분은 적으셔도 되고, 안 적으셔도 됩니다. 억지로 입력하지는 마세요.
(6) 마지막 단계는 제출(Submit)

**5. PDU과정은 별도 인증서를 배부하지 않습니다, **
스스로 보고하는 것이 기본으로 되어 있습니다* 만일 오디트에 결려 관련 근거를 요청시 인증서를 요청하시면 발부하여 드립니다. tomasldp@empal.com으로 메일로 요청하세요(이름 여권기분 영문이름 꼭 기록)
PMI 4대 윤리강령 아시죠? 정직, 투명, 공정, 책임
정직하게 보고 하시면 됩니다.

6. 주의사항
Report PDU에서 갑자기 많은 PDU를 신청하면 대부분 검증문서를 요구합니다. 3년 동안 60 PDU를 일정 기간 동안 정기적으로 입력하는게 좋습니다. 한꺼번에 많은 PDU를 입력하는 검증요구가 올 가능성이 높습니다. 이 과정을 신청하신 분들에게 인증서를 발송예정이니 tomasldp@empal.com로 영문이름(여권기준) 정보를 넣어 요청하시기 바랍니다.

Report PDU에서 3가지 분류가 있습니다 Ways of working , Power skills ,Business Acumen. 각 동영상당 3가지 중 한개씩 구분하여 놓았습니다.
따라서 하나씩 입력을 하셔야 합니다. 즉 한 동영상당 0.5 PDU 입력으로 해야 합니다. 그래서 PDU는 한꺼번에 몰아서 입력이 아니고 차분하게 쪼개서 입력을 하셔야 합니다. 예를 들면 만일 제가 PM 컨퍼런스에 2일 갔다면 2일 전체를 16 PDU 입력이 아니고 컨퍼런스 참가 주제별 각 PDU를 입력한다고 보면 됩니다 따라서 거의 10개주제발표에 참가했다면 Report PDU는 10개 구분하여 6개 Wow, 2 개 pwer skills, 2개 Business acumen에 입력한다고 보시면 됩니디ㅡ 힘드시더라도 동영상 주제별 쪼개서 입력해주셔야 합니다
